A Deep Breath

Modern life moves fast. This tour is your invitation to slow down -- to sit in silence at dawn, walk barefoot on warm sand, breathe air that tastes like the ocean, and do absolutely nothing that isn't restorative.

Led by an experienced meditation teacher, the retreat blends Buddhist practices from Linh Ung Pagoda with modern breathing techniques. Between sessions, you'll explore Da Nang's most serene beaches, write in your journal, and eat nourishing Vietnamese cuisine designed for mental clarity.

You won't leave with the same mind you arrived with. The sea has a way of doing that.

Check-in & Settle

Arrive at the beachfront resort. Room assignment, welcome herbal tea, brief orientation. Free time to explore.

Dawn Meditation

Guided mindfulness session on the beach as the sun rises. The most powerful meditation of the retreat.

Day 1 - 10:00

Linh Ung Pagoda Visit

Trip to the famous Lady Buddha pagoda on Son Tra Peninsula. Meditation at the temple, mountain views, and temple breakfast.

Day 1 - 15:00

Beach Walk & Rest

Barefoot walk along the shore. Free afternoon for nap, reading, or another dip in the ocean.

Day 1 - 18:30

Dusk Meditation & Dinner

Evening meditation at the water's edge. Healthy dinner by the beach.

Day 2 - 05:30

Breathing Exercises

Advanced breathing techniques on the beach. Anuloma Viloma, box breathing, and guided visualization.

Journaling Workshop
